L_MC1P_Limiter set to Reaction Stop set (Subindex :108 = [1] "Information" and
Input dwLimiterControl bit 9 or bit 10 set (request SDIpos or SDIneg) and
request for movement in the impermissible direction of movement and
then in the permissible direction.
