i950: Additional sensorless motor control modes - no feedback system required (from V01.09.01)

Function extension:
Additional sensorless motor control modes can be set, under parameter 0x2C00:
  • 0x2C00 = [3] Sensorless synchronous motor control (SL-PSM)
  • 0x2C00 = [4] Sensorless vecgate control (SLVC)
  • 0x2C00 = [6] U/f characteristic curve control for ASM with encoder (VFC closed loop)
SL-PSM: Sensorless control for synchronous motors (SL-PSM) is based on a decoupled, separate control of the torque-generating and the field-directed current components.
In contrast to servo control, the actual speed value and the rotor position are not actually measured, but simulated via a motor model. This means that no motor encoder is required and therefore no encoder cables are needed.

SLVC: Sensorless (field-oriented) vector control for asynchronous motors (SLVC) is based on decoupled control of the torque-forming and field-forming current components. In addition, the actual speed is simulated via a motor model so that no speed sensor is required.

VFC closed loop: The V/f characteristic control with feedback (VFC closed loop) can be used if an asynchronous motor with motor encoder is connected to the inverter.
The following advantages result from the speed feedback:
- Stationary accuracy of speed
- Improved dynamics compared to V/f characteristic control without feedback and compared to sensorless vector control (SLVC).
