Increasing the value range for the "Tolerance position comparison" parameter

​Function extension:

The value range is limited to 327,680 increments in FW version V1.0. 
By feedback from the field it was recognized that it makes sense to extend the value range.
As of FW version V1.1, the max. adjustable value has been extended to 1,024,000 increments.
