L_MC1P and FB 'L_IE1P_SetErrorSingle': If the error reaction is set to immediate locking of the controller (Cinh), the brake is incorrectly not applied (corrected from V03.26.01)
Corrected from:
Library: L_MC1P_MotionControlBasic (FAST Motion) from V03.26.01
(Update via Package Manager)
Response of the new version:
What happens?
FB L_IE1P_SetError or L_IE1P_SetErrorSingle for triggering an error message via the PLC application:
The axis is incorrectly not blocked if an error is triggered during a movement and controller inhibit (eSeverity = Fault_Cinh) is set as the error response.
The current setpoints of the axis then remain 'frozen' and the axis cannot be stopped.
Other monitoring of the axis, such as the hardware limits, cannot interrupt this state.
When does the behaviour occur?
Error triggering via the PLC application by means of FB L_IE1P_SetError, L_IE1P_SetErrorSingle and
Error reaction set to 'Disable inverter immediately' (Severity = Fault_Cinh) and
Brake logic activated in the PLC (subindex 110 = 2).
Note:
If the error reaction is set via the corresponding setting parameters of the existing monitoring functions, the described behaviour does not occur because some error reactions cannot be selected there.
