i950 ES: new parameters for PROFIsafe diagnostics (from V01.03.03)

Function extension: 
The safety bus diagnostics have been extended. The following objects have been newly created and are included in the parameter list and on the diagnostic pages in the Easy-Starter/PLC-Designer:

  • 0x212A:2 - PROFIsafe Status
  • 0x212A:3 - PROFIsafe Status Byte
  • 0x212A:4 - PROFIsafe Control Byte
