L_TW2P_WinderTension: Web break detection does not work (corrected from V3.24.0)

Corrected from:
Library: L_TW2P_TechModulesWindingTraversing V3.24.0
(update via Easy Package Manager)

Response of the new version:
For the web break detection the actual and not the parameterised winding direction of the line speed signal is used.  A web break is detected if the currently calculated diameter deviates from the last reference value by the tolerance parameterised in lrWebBreakWindow 0x5051:72 against the expected direction.

What happens?
Case A
A web break is not detected when web break monitoring is active.
Case B
A web break is detected although no web break is present.

When does the behaviour occur?
Web break monitoring is active xWebBreakMonit = TRUE
Case A
The speed of the winder changes sign because of the web break.
Case B

The winder winds against the specified winding direction.

Which products are affected?
Library: L_TW2P_TechModulesWindingTraversing (from V03.21.00)

Short-term measures:

Evaluation / recommendations:
For web break detection, not the actual but the parameterised winding direction is used with a positive line speed signal. This means that the web break monitoring function cannot be used for the TM WinderTensionControl.
