L_TF2P_TablePositioning: Profile is not terminated correctly after abort (fixed as of V3.23.0)

Response of the new version:
A chained profile is always continued correctly if it was previously cancelled.
 
What happens?
A chained profile is moved.
If the profile is cancelled in a subsequent profile 2, then a further subsequent profile 3 is not moved correctly. 
Neither the target nor the direction of rotation conform to expectations.

When does the behaviour occur?
- The dimension system is set to modulo.
- Follow-up profile 2 and follow-up profile 3 are relative positioning.

Which products are affected?
L_TF2P_TechModulesFollowingPositioning (<= 03.22.00.26)
This library is also used in the i950 technology application Table Positioning in firmware versions V01.5.xx..
