L_MC1P_SetTorqueLimit: Torque limits can now also be specified for i550 inverters (from V03.21.00)

The FB for torque limitation can now also be used in combination with an i550 inverter in axis mode = standard (sub index 27).

Prerequisite:
- i550 Axis_Ref Device Description >= V03.21.00
- Torque limit values (0x60E0 and 0x60E1) are included in the EtherCAT PDO mapping and
- in the i550 is parameterized as source.
