What happens?
When starting a p300 / c300, the following messages appear in the PLC window or in the logbook:
The registration of the OPC UA IecVarAccess provider was not successful. No IEC variables will be available in the OPC UA Server
When does the behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs when a p300 / c300 controller is started with boot application but without Ethernet cable connected.

Short-term measures:
If no OPC UA communication has been configured, the messages can be ignored, because without a connected Ethernet cable no OPC UA communication is possible.
