Lenze Error Management (LEM): A warning remains permanently pending and cannot be reset (corrected from V01.07.04)

Corrected from:
Servo-Inverter i950 FW:  from V01.07.04

Response of the new version:
The communication queue to the LEM has now been significantly increased from 20 to 100 entries.
Although this does not completely eliminate the occurrence of the described behaviour, it greatly reduces the probability of its occurrence.
If, in very rare constellations, the described behaviour should nevertheless occur, the short-term remedy mentioned below is available.

What happens?
Lenze Error Management (LEM):
A warning reported to the LEM (event status set) is displayed permanently due to errors, as it is not withdrawn again (event status clear).
The reason for this is that not all events can be entered in the communication queue to the LEM when there is a high volume of messages. If the queue is completely filled, the information to be written is lost.

When does the behaviour occur?
  • High volume of events to be handled by Lenze Error Management (LEM),
e.g. after a reset cold with many functions/components logged on to the LEM.
Which products are affected?
Servo-Inverter i950 FW

Short-term measures / Evaluation / recommendations:
Restart the system to reset the warning.
