Further functions in L_Arithmetic_3 to L_Arithmetic_5

The function blocks L_Arithmetic_3, L_Arithmetic_4 and L_Arithmetic_5 have been extended by the additional calculation functions:
„21: nOut_a = nIn1_a + nIn1_a o. Limit“ und
„22: nOut_a = nIn1_a - nIn1_a o. Limit“
The calculation function is analogous to selections 1 and 2 but without limitation. With this signal format, the overflow occurs at 200% or -200%.
e.g.: 65% + 180% = - 155%
