Controller sporadically does not boot - all LEDs are off (corrected from production date CW17/2018)

Corrected from:
Lenze 3200 C and p500 controller as of production date CW17/2018 (>>1817<<)

Response of the new version:
The controller boots every time it is switched on.

What happens?
The controller does not start. This is indicated by the LEDs directly after switching on the controller. All LEDs are off.

When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs very rarely after switching on the controller.

Which products are affected?
3200C and p500 controllers with Intel Baytrail processor
With the 3200 C, 'Baytrail' processor is indicated on the nameplate.
With the p500, the affected processor version can be identified by means of the 'M5H' coding in the type code on the nameplate (e.g. P50GAP90300M5Hyxxx).

Short-term measures:
The fault can be removed by interrupting the power supply for approx. 20s (at least until all LEDs are off) and restarting the controller.
Please contact the Lenze Service.

Evaluation/recommendations:
The error only occurs during booting. After successful boot-up, regular controller operation will thus be ensured.
