More tolerant undervoltage monitoring by additional filtering

Function extension:

The monitoring function no longer responds if the LU_On threshold of the DC-bus voltage detected in the 16-kHz grid is fallen below once. Moving average determination set to 1ms is applied.

Application:

Eliminating false triggering of the undervoltage monitoring function when the inverter is operated under unfavourable EMC conditions.
