What happens?
In online mode, the IP address and the station name displayed in the PLC Designer on the 'General' tab of the PROFINET I/O device are not correct.
The PROFINET card is parameterised via the PROFINET master (e.g. a Siemens control system). Changing the IP address or the station name via the PLC Designer has no effect.
When does this behaviour occur?
The above-described behaviour occurs when setting the IP address or the station name via the PLC Designer or when replacing the PROFINET card (MC-PND).

Short-term measures:
(Re-)configure the MC-PND PROFINET card via the PROFINET master (e.g. the Siemens control system).
Evaluation/recommendations:
The fieldbus functions are still provided. Only the IP address and the station name of the MC-PND PROFINET card are not displayed correctly in the PLC Designer in online mode.
