Even with high cycle times, an accuracy of < 300µs is reached.
In the case of high cycle times, the tappet signals generated via the FastOutput or the tappet register FB are inaccurate.
Independent of the selected cycle time, an accuracy of < 300µs should be reached.
Actually, the accuracy decreases with increasing cycle time to up to 2 ms.
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs if an EPM-S310 I/O module is used at the backplane bus to generate the tappet signals using the actual position of the i700 controller as a reference.
