Response of the new version:
If a Lenze controller is switched off during start-up when it is switched on for the first time, the controller starts properly when it is restarted. After starting the controller, you can establish an Ethernet connection to the controller.
What happens?
The Lenze controller no longer starts up or stops during the the start-up phase. The 'Status 1' LED is blinking. It is not possible to establish an Ethernet connection to the controller.
When does this behaviour occur?
The above-described behaviour may occur if the Lenze controller has been switched off during the start-up phase (while the 'Status 1' LED was blinking green) when it was switched on for the first time.
Which products are affected?
Lenze 3200 C controller from V3.0
Lenze p500 panel controller from V3.0
Lenze c300 controller from V3.8
Lenze p300 panel controller from V3.8
Short-term measures:
To ensure that the Lenze controller can start up correctly again, proceed as follows:
Switch off the controller.
Insert the controller's SD card into the SD card reader of your PC and delete the files 'Management.db' and 'ValueTable.db' on the SD card.
Reinsert the SD card into the controller.
Switch on the controller.
Evaluation/recommendations: If the 'Status 1' LED is blinking, the Lenze controller is in the start-up phase and should not be disconnected from the voltage supply. If the controller no longer starts due to this function restriction, please refer to the remedy described under 'Short-term measures'.
