When logging in or out with the PLC Designer, the functions defined for the 'Login' and 'Logout' system events are called. 
 
What happens?
When logging in or out with the PLC Designer, the functions defined for the 'Login' and 'Logout' system events are not called.
 
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs if an event handler has been added for the 'Login' and 'Logout' system events in the task configuration on the System Events tab.
 
Which products are affected?
PLC Designer from V3.6
 
Short-term measures: 
Do not use the event handlers for the "Login" and "Logout" system events.
 
Evaluation/recommendations:
The 'Login' and 'Logout' system events are typically used in connection with the PLC Designer visualisation.
