L_TT1P_ElectricalShaftPosHigh: eTMState remains in SYNCHRONISING_POS when xSyncInstant = TRUE (corrected from V3.13)

Response of the new version:
After clutching-in, the technology module state changes to POS_IS_SYNCHRONISED. 
What happens?
The technology module changes to the SYNCHRONISING_POS state and remains in this state although the clutch is clutched in.
 
When does this behaviour occur?
The xSyncInstant technology module input is set to TRUE.
 
Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_ElectricalShaftPosHigh function block from the L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V3.12.0.9 and higher)
 
Evaluation/recommendations:
The technology module function is not impaired by this.
