Controller indicates incorrect time after restart (corrected from V3.13)
Corrected from:
c300 controller from V3.13
p300 panel controller from V3.13
Response of the new version:
The system time (C90) is saved fail-safe in the c300 controller and in the p300 panel controller. Changing the time zone (C92) no longer leads to an incorrect time display after mains switching.
What happens?
After mains switching, the c300 controller/p300 panel controller displays an incorrect time (hour).
When does this behaviour occur?
If the time zone is changed to a zone other than the "W. Europe Standard Time" default setting in code C92 and the new setting is saved fail-safe, the controller, depending on the set time zone, displays an incorrect time after mains switching.
Which products are affected?
c300 controller from V3.10
p300 panel controller from V3.10
Short-term measures:
Only change the time, but don't change the time zone in the controller.
As an alternative, connect the controller to an NTP server. Then, the time will be updated and displayed correctly via the NTP server.
Evaluation/recommendations:
When changing the time zone in the c300 controller/p300 panel controller, an incorrect time is displayed after mains switching. 3200C and p500 controllers are not affected by this function restriction.
