L_MC2P - MC_MovePhasingAbsolute/-Relative: Step change after request with phase offset = 0 (corrected from V3.10.0)

Response of the new version:
The phase offset is executed correctly with the selected ramp.

 
What happens?
If phasing with an effective phase offset of 0 is requested once (xDone is reset in the same cycle) via the 'MC_MovePhasingAbsolute' or the 'MC_MovePhasingRelative' FB, the new phase offset is output stepwise (without ramp) for all subsequent requests. 
 
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs if phase offset = 0 is selected once.
