Response of the new version:
In the "Program Organization Unit" field of the "Append Machine Module Task" dialog, the module applications are sorted in ascending order.
What happens?
In the "Append Machine Module Task" dialog (menu command "Create Task Call" in the context menu of the "A11_ModuleAppCalls" folder), instead of module application App1, module application App2 is inserted into the task call (MAC_Task_xxx).
When does this behaviour occur?
In the "Program Organization Unit" field of the "Append Machine Module Task" dialog, module application App2 is displayed over App1. Since the "Name" column in the field is so narrow that the number of the module application is no longer visible, it may happen that the wrong App is selected and inserted into the task call.

Short-term measures:
Enlarge the "Name" column in the "Program Organization Unit" field in the "Append Machine Module Task" dialog.
