Holding brake: Operating mode (0x2820:1) - additional selection 'No brake connected' (from V1.5.6)

Function extension:
Now, you can also select 'No brake connected' as operating mode for the holding brake (0x2820:1).

You can choose between the three operating modes:

  • 0x2820:1 = 0:   Triggering via state machine of device
  • 0x2820:1 = 1:   Triggering via control word via external control
  • 0x2820:1 = 2:   No brake connected
With setting 0x2820:1=2 'No brake connected' the brake output will not be controlled and the brake monitoring will not be active.

Application:
In this way, the configuration of the drive train components can be identified faster and becomes clearer. Operation is more intuitive.
