Error message when calling the German online help

What happens?
When calling the German online help, an error message occurs, e. g.
- Windows - No data carrier
- There is no disk in the drive

When does the problem occur?
The above-described reaction occurs if drives are logged in which cannot be accessed. In general, this is due to an externally connected device (e. g. a card reader without inserted card, a smart phone or a camera).

Which products are concerned?
PLC Designer V2.x

Possible diagnostics:
The WSearch Windows service fails. A corresponding error message is indicated in the Windows results display (system).

Short-term measures/recommendations:
Remove the external hardware and use the English online help.

Assessment:
When calling the German online help, an error message occurs. The problem is due to a Windows behaviour which may also occur with other programs.
