Behaviour of the new version:
Even if only digital I/O 1000 output modules (EPM-S3xx) are connected to the backplane bus of the 3200 C, the outputs are controlled correctly.
What happens? The outputs of a digital I/O 1000 output module connected to the backplane bus of the 3200 C controller cannot be switched by the PLC program.
When does the problem occur? If only digital I/O 1000 output modules (EPM-S3xx) are connected to the backplane bus of the 3200 C controller, the outputs cannot be switched by the PLC program.
Which products are concerned? 3200 C controller V3.3 and higher
Possible diagnostics: None
Short-term measures/recommendations: Additionally connect e.g. a digital I/O 1000 input module to the backplane bus of the controller.
Evaluation: The function restriction occurs if only digital I/O 1000 output modules are connected to the backplane bus of the 3200 C controller.
