Brake test times can be set (from HL-V10.0 + PLC-V4.0)

Function description
From the new version onwards the times for the individual sections of the brake test can be parameterised.

Up to now, the times were fixed:
- Acceleration time: 1.024 s
- Constant time: 4 s
- Deceleration time: 1.024 s

These times can be set under codes C02605/1-3.
