Behaviour of the new version?
From firmware version 1.3 onwards the EtherCAT telegram failure detection can be used without restrictions with all Lenze controllers equipped with EtherCAT Master functionality.

What happens?
The EtherCAT telegram failure detection does not work continuously when being used with a Lenze controller. The behaviour does not occur when a Beckhoff EtherCAT Master is used.
When does the problem occur?
The problem only occurs if the EtherCAT telegram failure detection is used in combination with a Lenze Controller.
Possible diagnostics?
The behaviour described before has occurred if the EtherCAT telegram failure detection is triggered although the EtherCAT network is running without problems.
