User error is not reset after project download (elimination)

Behaviour of the new version?
After a project download the PLC target system resets automatically user errors which have been pending before the download.

What happens?
After an application download the DCTRL_bFail_b system variable is set. The error number under C0168 is 0 or indicates an application error (>x400).

When does the problem occur?
If a user error is pendig at the beginning of the project download, this user error is still active after the project download.

EPL-10200 (Drive PLC V7.1 and lower)
ECS axis modules V7.4 and lower
EVS93xx-EI (Servo PLC V7.2 and lower)
EVS93xx-ET (Servo PLC V7.2 and lower with technology function)

Possible diagnostics?
Via DCTRL_bFail_b system variable, C0168/1 and C0183 diagnostics codes.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
The user error can be reset by e.g. mains switching of the PLC target system.

Evaluation:
User errors are not reset automatically when downloading projects.
