Download with L-force Loader via system bus CANaux (X14) - Abort on change of CANaux node address (C2450) (eliminated as of V8.3 with *.pdb from GU16)

Eliminated as of:
ECS Application OPERATING SYSTEM as of V8.3 with new device description file (*.pdb, file date: 29/09/2010) from GU16

Behaviour of the new version?
The new *.pdb device description file for ECS Application V8.3 stops downloads being aborted. The new pdb file contains settings which prevent a CAN reset via code C2458 during a download.
The corrected pdb file is included in the device data update (GU16), see What's different in GU16.

Which products are affected?
ECS Application OPERATING SYSTEM  V8.x with previous device description file (*.pdb, file date 02/07/2008)

What happens?
CAN communication via system bus CANaux (X14) is aborted during download.

When does the problem occur?
When using the L-force Loader to download a parameter set via the system bus CANaux (X14). Some of the settings for code C2458 (CANaux Reset Node) in the device description file (*.pdb) cause the new CAN node address to be adopted immediately during download with the L-force Loader and CAN communication is aborted as a result.

Diagnostics options?
L-force Loader - error message: Unable to write next code (C2451).

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Set the same CANaux node address (C2450) in the parameter set to be loaded as in the device.
Better: Load device data update GU16.

Evaluation:
The problem only occurs during downloads and is detected immediately.
