Speed-dependent adaptation of the speed controller

Functional description
The dynamic alteration of the gain Vp of the speed controller can be parameterised by means of a characteristic, depending on the desired speed. The characteristic is defined by means of codes L-C04100 ... C04102 of the Adaption_Speedcontroller function block, which is an instance of the L_TbCurve function block.
