¨Safely limited speed¨ function does not work if the shift factor has been changed(elimination)

All 9400 HighLine with SM301 (hardware version VA)

Eliminated function restriction:
Due to the software revision the error described under Doc ID 200703970 does not occur any longer in the SM301 V1.2.
