Integration of a safety control word for setpoint generation Safe Stop (SS1) (from V4.0 onwards)

Function extension:
A safety control word 'wSMCtrl' that can be used to automatically generate setpoints for the 'Safe Stop 1' (SS1) function has been added to the 'LS_MotionControlKernel' system block. This only concerns internal generation of the stop ramp in all operating modes of the system, including positioning.

Easy integration into a safety concept (corresponding interconnection examples are provided for you in the 'Application Knowledge Base' (AKB)).
