What is the response?
During mains connection the 'Following error' fault message occurs.
When does the problem occur?
If an absolute value encoder is connected, or if the function 'Init with saved actual position' (C3002 = 1) is set.
The actual position during switch-on has to be greater than one of the following error tolerances (C3030, C3031), so that the 'Following error' fault message is actuated.

None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Reset the 'Following error' fault message that is possibly pending via trip reset after mains connection.
Evaluation:
After resetting the fault message normal operation is possible.
