Eliminated function restriction
Due to a function restriction resources in the application task were assigned due to file access when the oscilloscope function was used. This may result in a task overflow in projects that have made full use of the available time in the application task. The oscilloscope function has been revised to use the system task when files are accessed, thereby reducing maximum jitter of the application task.
