Display code C00138 for brake resistor efficiency displays wrong values (remedied from V5.0)

Eliminated function restriction
Sometimes the parameterised data of the brake resistor (C00129, C00130, C00131) were not used to calculate the efficiency of the brake resistor. Hence, wrong efficiency values were displayed in C00138. Then the parameters of the brake resistor had to be written again.
The calculation routine for this code has been revised to yield the correct efficiency value for the brake resistor.
