Support of the new AIF modules ¨CANopen¨ and ¨DeviceNet¨

Function description
The parameter set of the ECS axis module has been extended/revised by the codes for the AIF communication modules 'CANopen' and 'DeviceNet'.

In order to be conform with the CANopen the Lenze default setting of code C2375 subcode 2 and 3 has been changed to 1 (= no response to sync).
