Connection of REFC and DFSET if the default setting is used

Behavior of the new version?
The interconnections between the function blocks DFSET and REFC have been removed in the factory default parameter set. The corresponding code numbers are initialized in the correct way (C0922 = 1000 (FIXED0INC) and C0923 = 1000 (FIXED 0%)).
