Motor temperature monitoring OH7 and OH3 can be switched off separately

Which products are affected?
9300ES servo controller V7.0

Function description
Until now the motor temperature monitoring with settable threshold (OH7) was only effective under the condition that the monitoring with permanently set threshold (OH3) was activated. The status outputs MONIT-OH3 and MONIT-OH7 were not processed anymore when OH3 was deactivated. The temperature sensor was not evaluated anymore either and the motor temperature display has been set to 0.
The OH7-monitoring with settable threshold can now be activated irrespective of the activation of the OH3-monitoring.
Now the temperature sensor is evaluated when the OH3- and/or OH7-monitoring is activated and the motor temperature is displayed.
Moreover, in addition to the selections 'Off' and 'Trip' the fault reaction 'Warning' has been implemented for OH3 (permanently set 150 °C threshold). This enables the device to be speed-controlled, although the upper limit of the motor temperature has been reached. The permanently set temperature threshold for OH3 has not been modified.

Configuration of the fault reaction for OH3 under C0583:
  • Trip (default)  LECOM-fault no.      53 (Trip)
  • Warning    LECOM-fault no.: 2053 (Warning)
  • Off

The product documentation has been corrected accordingly.
