F-Code C0475/x, values cannot be saved in a mode protecting against mains failure via C0003 (elimination)

Eliminated function restriction
The free codes F-Codes C0475/1 and C0475/2 for phase difference signals were always initialised with 0 after mains connection (initialisation). This was also the case if the values had been saved with C0003 = 1 before.
Now, the free codes F-Codes C0475/1 and C0475/2 for phase difference signals are saved correctly with C0003 = 1 and initialised after mains connection.
