Applications
Cam drives and other servo applications which require measuring systems e. g. for generating registers.
Description
In order to generate another measuring system the firmware has been extended by additional parameters.
Analogous to the existent measuring systems 'x-axis in m_units' and 'y-axis s_units' the new measuring system 'z-axis in z_units' can be scaled with a gearbox factor (C1680/1 and 2) and a feed constant (C1681). The standardised position values can now be used as z_units with linking of the FCODES 1478/1…-6 in the function block editor.
A direct relation to the cam profile data is not given with the 'z-axis' function.
