Error messages of the Fail-QSP type are stored in the fault memory with a wrong offset (remedied from B-SW V7.0)

Remedied from:
ECS axis module B-SW V7.0

Behaviour of new version?
Errors of the Fail-QSP type are stored in the fault memory with the correct offset of 3000. This offset is also documented.

Which products are affected?
EVS9300-EI (Servo PLC EI from FW 1.0)
EVS9300-ET (Servo PLC ET from FW 1.0)
ECS axis module B-SW <=V6.0

What happens?
If errors of the Fail-QSP type are used, error messages are stored in the fault memory with an offset of 3000, not with an offset of 4000 as described in the documentation.
Example: the correct interpretation of the value '3400' in code C0168/1 (active error):
'x400' The error number of the active error is 400
'3xxx' The response to this error is Fail-QSP

When does the problem occur?
It always occurs when an instance of the function block triggers an error and when the 'byTypeOfFault' input (type of the error triggered) has the value '4' (Fail-QSP).

Possible diagnostics?
All error numbers from 3400 to 3999 trigger the response Fail-QSP.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
None.

Evaluation
There is always an offset of 3000 for error messages of the Fail-QSP type. The user can adapt the evaluation correspondingly.
