C1192/1 is reset to 0 after program download (remedied from B-SW V7.0)
Remedied from:
ECS axis module B-SW V7.0
Behaviour of new version?
The value under code C1192/1 is not changed if a program is downloaded.
Which products are affected?
ECS axis module B-SW V6.7
What happens?
The ECX axis module indicates an OH7 warning (motor temperature > C0121) without a significant rise in temperature of the motor.
When does the problem occur?
Code C1192 subcode 1 (resistance characteristic selection – resistance at temperature 1) is reset to 0 Ohm whenever a program is downloaded. This means that the response described before occurs after a program download if a user-specific PTC evaluation for the motor is set (C1190 = 1).
When the default setting is loaded (C0002 = 0) code C1192/1 is set to 1000 Ohm.
Possible diagnostics?
Check the value under codes C1192/1 and C1190.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Initialise code C1192 subcode 1 under the code initialisation values (tab 'Resources') with the resistance required.
Evaluation:
This function restriction only occurs after a program download, i. e. typically during the initialisation phase but not while the machine is running or after mains connection. The function restriction can easily be avoided by applying the recommendation mentioned above.
