Wrong information about an address change of the frequency inverter

Which products are affected?

Global Drive Loader Version 1.x, 2.0
8200 vector version 1.4
8200 motec version 1.4

What happens?

Although the device address of the 8200 vector/motec frequency inverter has not been changed in the parameter set to be transferred, the following information is displayed at the end of the parameter set transfer:
The device address of the target system has changed. The new device address is automatically accepted.

When does the problem occur?

If the device address of the 8200 vector/motec frequency inverter is larger than 6, the message described above will occur at the end of the parameter set transfer regardless whether the device address has changed or not.

Possible diagnostics?

None.

Short-term measures/recommendations?

The function description has been eliminated with GD Loader version V2.1.

Evaluation:

The function restriction has no effect on the executed parameter set transfer to the frequency inverter.
