Eliminated function restriction:
The version of the device description file (pdb file) which has been used to create the parameter set file (gdc file) is older than the one which has manually been selected by the user via the Global Drive Loader. Moreover, there are more codes included in the more recent device description file.
If the parameter set file with the more recent device description file is loaded into the controller the codes which are not included in the parameter set file will be initialised with the default setting value.
