No Sd2 trip if there is a break in the resolver cable (elimination)

EVS93xx-ET (Servo PLC Version 2.2)

Eliminated function restriction:

If the resolver monitor has been set to trip in code position C0585 (C0585 = 0), breakage of the resolver cable triggers an Sd2 trip, even if two encoder systems are used.
