After performing a backup, the controller must be restarted

Fixed as of:

Cabinet Controller (as of V2.0, in preparation)

Behavior of the new version:
When a backup is running, the progress is displayed directly via the device command. The controller does not need to be restarted afterward.

Description of the behavior:

In PLC Designer, a backup is initiated using the device command Backup: 0x2022:40 with a USB flash drive inserted.
The backup is executed and completed correctly—see the controller LEDs and the backup file created on the USB flash drive.
In PLC Designer, there is no feedback regarding the parameter. Communication between PLC Designer and the controller is interrupted. This is also evident, for example, because no further parameters are updated after switching windows.

Conditions under which this behavior occurs:

This error is triggered when the device command Backup: 0x2022:40 is executed from PLC Designer. Whether a USB flash drive is inserted has no effect on this.

Affected products:

Cabinet Controller c430

Cabinet Controller c520

Cabinet Controller c550

Short-term measures, recommendations, evaluation:

Use Easy Starter to create backups. This does not require restarting the controller.
Alternatively, after creating a backup, the controller must be restarted to re-establish communication.
