Profinet Communication: No PDO data communication with the higher-level Profinet master

Description of the behavior: 

• The higher-level Profinet master displays error messages during process data communication.
• No PDO data is exchanged between the Lenze controller and the Profinet master.
• The PDO data is not displayed correctly in PLC Designer.
• The Lenze controller does not report any error messages regarding Profinet communication.

Conditions under which the behavior occurs: 

The behavior described above occurs when the Lenze controller communicates with a Profinet master via its Profinet interface and the Lenze controller is running firmware version 1.15.1.

Cabinet Controller c520, version 1.15.1 and later

Cabinet Controller c550, version 1.15.1 and later

Short-term measures, recommendations, assessment: 

Use the EASY Firmware Loader to update the Lenze controller’s firmware to version 1.15.0 or, as soon as it becomes available, to version 1.15.2.

There is no alternative workaround for a Lenze controller with firmware version V1.15.1.
