• Visual Studio 2005 as of Standard Edition
• Install Optional Microsoft® .NET Compact Framework 2.0 SP1, when debugging of CE applications is required.
• IBM-compatible PC (Intel® Pentium or Celeron)
• Processor as of 600 MHz is recommended
• At least 256 MB, we recommend 512 MB RAM
• 2 GB free harddisk capacity for the development system
• 280 MB for .Net-framework 2.0 (if it does not yet exist, it will automatically be installed)
• Graphics: At least 1024x768 pixel (256 colours)
• DVD-ROM-drive
• Pointer (mouse, trackball etc.)
• Interfaces: Ethernet for program download, free USB connection for hardware dongle

Hardware requirement is mainly determined by VisualStudio and depends on the edition. Example 'Professional edition' see

Software installation
Proceed as follows to install VisiWinNET® Professional:
1. VisiWinNET® Professional installations < V6.4.2 do not have to be eliminated from the PC.
If VisiWinNET® Professional V6.1.x /V6.2x/V6.3.x applications are supposed to be converted to V6.4.2, a corresponding official V6.1.x /V6.2.x/V6.3.x version is required on the computer.
2. Unpack the ZIP-file VisiWinNET-Professional-Lenze-6.4.2-EN.zip on your PC.
3. Start the Setup.exe program and follow the instructions of the installation program.
Note:
Without hardware dongle VisiWinNET® Professional can be operated in demo mode only. The hardware dongle has to be ordered separately.
If TP or RC VisiWinNET® versions are installed, they have to be eliminated before installation of the 6.4.2.
