The Lenze c520, c550 and c750 controllers support secure communication when accessing the FAST UI Runtime web-visu.
Safe communication is activated when an instance of the function block L_IPAP_ChangeHttpsRedirectSetting4EasyUI from the library L_IPAP_ParameterManagerAccess is called in the PLC program, whose input 'eHttpsRedirectSetting' is assigned the enum value 'ENABLE_HttpsRedirect' and the input xExecute is set to TRUE. This sets the parameter 0x5901/2 to 1.
The certificate used by the controller is a self-signed certificate. The validity can be checked using the certificate fingerprint in parameter 0x5901/1. Since the certificate is bound to the controller's hardware, the authenticity of the certificate must be checked and confirmed again when replacing the device.
