EtherCAT fieldbus: After restarting the EtherCAT master via the device command 0x2022:35, an unknown device is detected during the bus scan (corrected from V01.04.01)

Response of the new version:
After restarting the EtherCAT master, the i950 servo inverter is correctly identified during the bus scan of the master.

 
What happens?
After restarting the EtherCAT master (xrestart, cold reset), a bus mismatch is reported.
Nevertheless, the EtherCAT fieldbus changes to 'Operational'.

When does this behaviour occur?
The axis is restarted via the device command 0x2022:35.
The i950 servo inverter is operated via the EtherCAT fieldbus with any TA (e.g.: Actuator - speed TA) under a Lenze PLC (e.g.: 3200C controller) and has previously been in the 'Operational' state.

Which products are affected?
i950 servo inverter
i950ES
 
Short-term measures:
Switch the mains for the Lenze PLC.
