The EtherCAT module reports 'Sync loss of standard device detected', and the axis may move at an incorrect speed

Corrected from:
EtherCAT E94AYCET communication module FV 4.02

Response of the new version?
The 94xx EtherCAT with firmware 4.02 always synchronises perfectly with the 94xx standard device.

What happens?
When the EtherCAT master (e.g. of the Lenze controller) is started, it may happen that the 94xx EtherCAT V3 module and the standard device lose their internal synchronisation. The 'EtherCAT: sync loss of standard device' warning locked is entered in the 94xx logbook.

When does the problem occur?
The problem may occur if the 94xx EtherCAT module is actuated in DC mode (synchronised EtherCAT operating mode) and an EtherCAT bus cycle longer than 1ms is used.

Which products are affected?
EtherCAT E94AYCET communication module FV 3.0 in connection with TA CiA 402
